Geo-engineering aka “Solar Radiation Management”

As I sit here mentally preparing for this post, I watch plane after plane crisscrossing the sky leaving it covered in a brownish haze. Some days the haze is silvery and some days brown with a tinge of red.

For those of you who are still unaware as to what I’m speaking of, let me break it down for you.

Geoengineering, Solar Radiation Management or Stratospheric Aerosol Injection refers to the massive, covert global operation in which aircraft are releasing tons and tons of sub micron materials with the stated goal of blocking the incoming solar rays to try and mitigate “global warming”.  Geoengineering

There’s a few small problems with this. Number one, the official narrative is that this isn’t going on. Anyone with a pair of eyes however can simply “look up” and see that it most certainly is. On one hand they vehemently deny that geo-engineering is occurring yet on the other they create curriculum to brain wash kids into thinking aerosol banks are “clouds”, and that they have always been that way.

Number two, the practice of geo-engineering states that the materials are to be released in the stratosphere. I guess that the scientists and the guys flying the planes are confused because they are releasing the materials in the troposphere which is the lower portion of our atmosphere. You know the part of the atmosphere that we breath. (This is no accident. Things seldom are actually)

If you’re still reading this post you’re probably wondering “what the hell does this have to do with health”? Actually it has everything to do with health. Hang in there and you’ll see where all of this leads.

Ok back to my point.

Something is being released. But what and why? That part is a little tricky.

Clifford Carnicom has a found, and conclusively proven various components to the aerosol spraying as well as a list of uses/ agendas. The list is quite extensive but here it is:

  • Environmental Filament Structure (carrier mechanism for the bio-engineering technology)

Now I don’t know about you but to me this information has HUGE health implications. The confirmed components of the aerosol spraying as supports and crosses the lines into Bio-engineering.

So what does all of this mean?

Let me try and simplify and incredibly complex puzzle.

First and foremost whenever you have particulate matter added to the air column, at the very least human health will suffer as a result of respiratory issues. The smaller the particle the more harmful to human health. Remember all of the hub bub about asbestos? The main reason there was so much cause for concern is because of the size of the particulate.

The particles in question are sub micron. This is smaller than can be seen with the naked eye. Even if they were spraying, as Clifford likes to say, “Cornflakes”, it’s a problem. A big problem. Why do you think everyone is always coughing? Why do you think that chronic lower respiratory disease/ COPD is now the third the leading cause of death? Oh and Alzheimer’s is climbing the list as well. How odd? Even stranger is that aluminum, one of the known components of the aerosol trails, has been conclusively proven to cause Alzheimer’s. Now we’re getting somewhere.

At the very least we have a direct impact on human health as a result of sub micron particles being sprayed within our air column. These particles, because of their size, pass directly through our lungs into our blood stream where they make their way to our brain passing the blood brain barrier. The fact that a large portion of these particles are aluminum only adds insult to injury. Add barium to the list which when introduced to moisture, as it is in our atmosphere, you end up with a compound which is very similar in toxicity to arsenic.

Symptoms of barium poisoning include low blood potassium, cardiac arrhythmias, respiratory failure, gastrointestinal dysfunction, paralysis, muscle twitching, and elevated blood pressure.  Severe barium toxicity can lead to kidney damage, respiratory failure, and death. Regular barium exposure has even been fingered as a potential contributor in the development of neurodegenerative diseases, including multiple sclerosis.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what you can do if you believe that you’ve been exposed to barium. The first line of treatment is to give about 5-10 g of sodium sulphate or magnesium sulphate to the patient, so that the poisonous barium salt may get converted to insoluble and harmless barium sulphate.” My recommendation however is to call 911. Don’t mess around trying to treat yourself for something like this. If you have the symptoms of mild barium poisoning try drinking a tablespoon of Epsom salts with water and taking a hot bath with a cup or two of Epsom salts added to the water to pull out the toxins.

What about the other known components of the spray? Well there are so many things going on and the “mix” changes based on the daily agenda. I know that I touched on the “agenda” a bit but feel that perhaps it’s best for you to visit Carnicom Institute or Geoengineering Watch to get the full story. Start at the beginning and take your time. Read as much as you want until the pieces start to fit together. The answer is so unbelievably complex that if I just simply told it to you, you wouldn’t believe me anyway.

So let’s talk about solutions now that we know that a problem exists.

The primary focus should be on over health and heavy metals detoxing. If you go back and read my post titled “Daily Health Regimen” you’ll find what you are looking for. I also suggest learning as much as you can about this issue and how the different components react on a physiological level. Unfortunately there is no magic bullet. You have to start thinking of health as a long term goal and commitment. These programs are designed to reduce the population. Oops, sorry I said that I wouldn’t discuss the “agenda’s”.

Now if you’re new to this concept of airplanes spraying toxins over your head you must be thinking “this guy is stark raving mad”. That is a very normal and reasonable response. In fact a very “normal” response. The problem however is that I’m not mad. This is going on and can be proven relatively easily should you choose to investigate and keep and open mind. If you decide to investigate you will easily find all sorts of very reassuring websites “explaining” that this is all natural and nothing to worry about.

Lies, lies and more lies.

Anyone who laughs at you for knowing that this is happening is one of three things: mentally deficient, uninformed or a lying shill.

When I first started investigating this I didn’t want to believe it. As a matter of fact I’d cling to any shred of “evidence” that would put my fears at bay and let me get on with my life. The problem however was that none of the explanations “fit”. None of them answered all of the questions or addressed all of the circumstances or anomalies. I’d just as soon settle on a “rationale” explanation that someone gave when I’d realize that there was another piece of the puzzle that it didn’t fit. When I finally accepted the reality of things it devastated me. I spent countless nights dreaming about white, unmarked tanker jets leaving tic-tac toe patterns in the sky. I vacillated between rage and sadness and I still do. I look at my children and think “what kind of future do they have?”

Believe it or not I had plans for my life. Plans that didn’t include worrying about or fighting to stop this insanity. But I have children and so I can never rest until either this or I am stopped. This is the reason I started this blog. I want to help. I need to help. It’s the only thing I can do in this situation.

I hope that this information is helpful. I’m sorry if I’m the one that is bringing this issue to light for you. It is what it is whether you choose to accept it or not. Denying it won’t change it or make it go away. If you choose to ignore this warning do so at your own peril.

While we are only at the beginning, as far as what I envision this blog/ site to become, we have  briefly touched on diet, therapies and things that we can do which affect our bodies on a physical level. I have put great emphasis on what I believe we should put in our mouths to improve our health.

I feel that it would paint an incomplete picture and be irresponsible of me not to mention how important mental eating is. Mental eating, what’s that?

I’m classifying mental eating as what we focus our thoughts on. What the incessant mental chatter is saying to us on a repeated loop.

Since the beginning of time, or should I say the dawn of “man”, humans have pondered the meaning of life. There is an endless number of texts and philosophies which attempt to explain the great unknown. You could spend the rest of your days reading on this topic alone. At the end you might not be any closer to the truth. I am not claiming in any way shape of form to have any understanding of this. I actually feel rather unqualified to even broach this topic. But alas, it exists and is the largest piece to the complex puzzle we know as life.

There are many who believe that there is nothing beyond what we can see or measure. In other words, there is no spiritual realm. The reality however is that experiments like the ones carried out by Masaru Emoto clearly prove otherwise. http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/water-crystal.html

As I’ve continued to try and expand my knowledge and consciousness I have been led down a path. Well it’s more like an endless rabbit hole but I’m not going to split hairs. If you are open to things, as I try and be, you eventually come to the same place. That place is one of accepting that the only truth is God, spirit, unity consciousness or whatever you choose to call it.

The thing that is so interesting to me and my analytical brain, is that I was not raised to believe in anything. My Mom has always been spiritual but it was more of the unspoken lesson of her example then some specific dogma. As a result for most of my life I didn’t believe in a higher power. Again it has been a result of my research and analyzing my findings that I am now in a place where I can say without hesitation that the only truth is God. To me there is no way, without intelligent design, that all of nature and creation could exist in such perfect harmony. Even advance studies of quantum physics is showing beyond dispute that there are spiritual or unseen forces in play.

So this leads me to my point. What we put into our head is actually more important than what we eat on a physical level. We could eat the cleanest raw food available but if our thoughts aren’t good we will be sick. I know this from experience and it is something I work on daily. I am certainly guilty of putting a lot of negative garbage in my head. When I do this I observe how I feel. Sometimes as a test I’ll eat extremely clean and then change what I feed my head. The results are always the same. After just one day of mental garbage I’m feeling sick and depleted.

By telling you this I’m also reminding myself. I’ve posted some links to information or sites for you to expand on what I’ve laid out today.

If we can achieve a state of bliss by living in our hearts we can change our world.

Starting Over

Sometimes in life we are dealt things that we might not be expecting. I’ve personally had many such experiences.

As a small child, unbeknownst to my Mom at the time, I had a severe milk allergy. After she took me off of breast milk and started giving me cows milk I developed chronic ear infections. I lived on penicillin. I clearly remember opening up the refrigerator and seeing the bottle of sweet pink goo on the top shelf. I also remember I looked forward to receiving my daily dose because I found the flavor pleasing. At the time I had no idea what that stuff was. I only knew that I liked the taste and that it made me feel better. Well temporarily anyway. This went on for many years. Ear infections, penicillin, repeat.

I am very blessed. I have the most intuitive, loving brilliant Mother ever. After years of this she felt that there had to be a better way. I must tell you that I was born in 1974. Long before a wide spread, mainstream understanding of health and food prevailed.

Somehow in her quest for a solution, not just a band aid to my issues, she came across Dr. Robert S. Mendelsohn. Dr. Mendelsohn it turns out was way ahead of his time. Dr. Mendelsohn wrote a series of books exposing the profit based model of the Western medical establishment. “Confession of a Medical Heretic” is one such book. Of course this upset quite a few people.  If you do a web search for him you’ll see that he was labeled a “quack” by those who have something to hide. Had I never met or been under his care I would look at that label as a glowing endorsement.

So there I was sitting in his office in Evanston, Illinois with my Mom one day. For some reason the newspaper, I believe the Chicago Tribune, was there to write a story on him. Fate or whatever you wish to call put us there on that day and my Mom and I ended up in the photo that ran with the article. My Mom kept that article all of these years and recently gave it to me on one of my birthdays. Anyway I digress.

I remember Dr. Mendelsohn putting me on is desk, pulling out his stethoscope and looking me over. He asked my Mom a few questions and then turning to her and saying. “Take him off of dairy. Completely remove all dairy from his diet”.

My Mom of course said no problem and that she would immediately do so.

The next thing I remember is that there were no more earaches. No more sweet pink goo. I was too young at the time to realize it but that experience taught both my Mom and I a very powerful lesson. The body is designed to health itself. Just like pain, sickness is an indicator of the body being harmed.

One of the most valuable therapies that exists is fasting. Just stopping everything. If you’ve been chronically ill you can probably relate to that. Sometimes we are so sick that we have no choice but to quit everything that we’ve been doing.

There are some really amazing folks who are a living testament to this simple technique.

Markus Rothkranz and Richard Sacks are my two favorite. I strongly urge you to get familiar with what they suggest. I have included links to their sites for you.

Markus is a proponent of eating things that grow in the wild. He eats weeds like dandelion. Things that most people would think are insane to eat. Daily Health Regimen

Taking Your Health Back

What follows is a suggested health regimen which I myself, through extensive research and trial and error, have found to be the most effective program for boosting one’s immune system and improving overall health. This is basic health protocol and is in place of either a macrobiotic or raw food diet (more on that to follow at a later date). Please note that this protocol does not address specific health issues but is simply a starting point for those who wish to improve their health.

The underlying fundamental principal of optimal health is one of cellular PH. If your blood and cells are too acidic at the very least your health will suffer via a suppressed immune system. The absolute extreme example of this is acidosis which occurs upon death. Rigor mortis is the manifestation of an extremely acidic system and cellular saturation of lactic acid.

For optimal health you want to maintain a cellular PH of at least 7 to ideally 8. Testing this is a little difficult but if you follow this regime you won’t necessarily need to test your PH because you will see and feel the results.

The imminent health epidemic that we all face is a result of being assaulted on all levels. At the very least, our air, water and food have been poisoned. The Morgellons pathogen which has been found in every single living thing that the brilliant independent research scientist Clifford Carnicom (www.carnicominstitute.org) has examined is at the core of our decline in overall health.

For me to explain how this affects us would be a topic unto itself. Instead I recommend spending considerable time on the website listed above. There are hundreds of very detailed research papers which get to the core of the matter.

Growing up I’m sure that you learned what the basal body temperature of a healthy individual should be right? 98.6. Take your temperature. Take your girlfriends temperature. Heck, take everyone’s temperature. You will find that every single person is at least a degree or two below 98.6. This is a HUGE indicator of a very serious issue. If you aren’t operating at 98.6 then you aren’t firing on all cylinders. Again, I could go into great depth on just this issue alone but you can find this information on your own at the website above.

So now onto solutions:

I am going to lay out in the simplest way possible what I recommend and what part of our system it affects.

First I recommend a heavy metals detox. Every single one of us has off the charts levels of heavy metals. Many of these metals because of their molecular structure and size pass through our blood brain barrier, enter directly into our blood stream and become systemic. Some of these metals even replace the calcium in our bones. These metals cannot be chelated out of our body without a chelating agent.


Do it yourself

EDTA and DMSA are two amazing chelators. You can purchase these supplements online. I recommend taking these as directed by the instructions on the bottle. Personally I take these in the middle of the night as you need to take them on an empty stomach away from food and supplementation. I alternate between the two. So one night I take EDTA and the next I take DMSA. I suggest doing this for 8 weeks. After that switch to a lighter chelator such as Zeolite for 8 weeks and then go back to the EDTA and DMSA. Continue this indefinitely. You will be amazed at how alert and sharp you become after taking these for a month or two.

I also eat a ton of organic cilantro and chlorella. These are chelating food sources.

Finding a Health Practioner to Chelate you

If you go this route it is imperative that you find a practitioner who will do a base line metals test and then administer a chelating agent.

Radiation Protection and Thyroid support

Iodine is an absolutely essential nutrient. Our thyroid needs iodine. Our thyroid regulates our body temperature. We used to get enough of this via table salt until they started removing it and replacing it with crap that isn’t good for us. There are sources of iodine via supplementation (Lugol’s iodine or X2 nascent iodine available at infowarsstore.com) as well as certain foods such as sea kelp and miso soup. Try and steer away from sea veggies that come from the Pacific for obvious reasons (Fukishima).

Joint Support

L-Proline. I take this first thing in the a.m. on an empty stomach. Follow the instructions on the bottle and you’re set.

Immune Support

This is a biggie. I take at least 3 grams of Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) per day along with NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine) and Redisorp liquid Glutithione. These three things work synergistically to reduce cellular oxidation and boost the immune system. I also recommend Co Q10, Calcium/ Magnesium, Monolaurin, Tumeric capsules, Selenium, Olive Leaf Extract, Oil of Oregano and Zinc. Take those as directed. Drink as much organic coconut water as you can afford as it the highest source of potassium available.

Liver support

Milk Thistle and the abstinence of alcohol.

Intestinal/ Gut Support

Believe it or not our gut is known as our second brain as it produces the majority of our serotonin. It is also a huge part of our immune system. I recommend a high quality, liquid form of probiotic as well as whey protein. Whey protein is the only other source of lactoferrin other than breast milk. Read up on lactoferrin and its’ amazing properties and benefits. Also raw milk if you can get it.

Essential Amino Acids

Amino Acids are the building block of protein. NAC is one of these essential Amino Acids (see above). The others are Histidine and Tryrosine.

Fungal and Bacterial Support

If you look around you will notice that everything has mold and fungus on it. The trees, the planets, leaves, the ground, everything. We are being inundated with a proliferation of fungi and bacteria. Much of the so called “allergies and respiratory ailments” are because of this. I use a home made nasal solution via a neti pot that uses 1 drop of the following per ounce of distilled water : tea tree oil, eculyptus oil, nutri-biotic  and a pinch of salt with iodine. Administer a few times daily. This will help keep you from getting sick.


I recommend a diet that consists primarily of raw organic foods. Again alkalinity and alkalizing foods are what you’re shooting for. Stay away from gluten, dairy and soy. If you need or crave animal protein shoot for organic, free range, hormone and antibiotic free chicken or free range grass fed beef. If you want to eat fish as a protein shoot for wild river fish not pond raised or fish from the Pacific ocean. If you want a veggie protein beans and rice are a perfect protein. Also raw nuts are excellent as well. I do some of all of these. You might also want to look into a Macro Biotic diet. I did this once and I had so much energy I didn’t know what to do with myself. If you try this diet for a few weeks it will energize you beyond belief. Ironically enough this is the diet that John Lennon went on after Yoko had numerous miscarriages. The result of this was Sean Lennon.

I also eat a ton of raw garlic and onions. These have wonderful anti-fungal properties.


The essence of life. I recommend distilled water with a pinch of Himalayan salt.


What’s life without coffee? I love my café but it’s extremely acidic and extremely hard on the stomach and adrenal glands. Limit it to one cup a day if you must. Use raw honey or coconut sugar and coconut milk as a substitute for milk and sugar. I will taste like shite in the beginning but once you get used to it you will find it delightful.

Refined or Fermented Sugar

Avoid it like the plague. It feeds bacteria, fungi and viruses and suppresses our immune system. Fruit or natural sugar like honey is ok in moderation. Try and stay away from alcohol until you start feeling better. If you do drink skip a few days of the EDTA and DMSA and increase your intake of Milk Thistle as otherwise it will over tax your liver.

Brain Support

Flax seed oil, hemp seed oil and/ or oily fish like wild salmon as well as Ginko Biloba.
